Elderly people often struggle to cope with modern door locks as they cannot
lift the door handle to actuate them, negating the considerable benefits
offered by a replacement door.
Winkhaus have developed a mechanical, automatic lock which operates every
time the door is shut, with various options to suit specific requirements
(eg avoiding lock-outs). This system can be motorised, offering SBD levels
of security to remotely actuated doors at an affordable price, ideal for
